About us

Chillicothe Manor is a three-story, 18+ Residential Care Facility located at 1301 Monroe Street Chillicothe Missouri 64601.

Chillicothe Manor prides itself on the care we provide to our residents. Unlike many Residential Care Facilities, Chillicothe Manor caters to those that not only need assistance with health care related tasks such as medication management, but with mental health diagnosis as well.

Moving into a Residential Care Facility is not an easy choice, that is why every member of our staff is committed to providing our residents with a warm and welcoming home-like environment, where each resident feels safe, secure, and cared for since day one.

We offer services such as medication management, 3 nutritious meals per day, daily activities, entertainment, housekeeping, laundry services (by choice), and 24/7 on-site staff.

The staff at Chillicothe Manor are trained to provide our residents with the services and supports, as it relates to each resident’s mental health needs. With onsite staff available 24/7, as well as a nurse available 24/7, our residents are sure to receive the care he or she needs timely.

Chillicothe Manor Strives to provide our residents with care and support in a warm and loving atmosphere. Therefore, unlike many facilities, Chillicothe Manor is licensed by the Department of Mental Health, thereby allowing us to house those with various mental health diagnoses, in addition to providing other services such as medication management, dressing and grooming reminders, 3 nutritious meals a day, and much more!
